Our Range of Balers are:

W40 Excellent for smaller volumes of cardboard and plastic waste. This model comes at an excellent price. Will make good size 50kg cardboard bales and approximately 60kg plastic bales. These are easy for handling and stacking. The opening width for loading cardboard is 730mm and this is very advantageous. Very good in areas where you have large amounts of plastic, but want to keep costs down. The pressing plate comes down further than other models and helps make great plastic bales. Powered by standard single phase 220volt electricity. (See Picture Top Centre)

W70 This is the same width as the W40, but is much taller. Basically, the bottom chamber is deeper and you will get a longer heavier bale. Cardboard bales will be 70kg to 80kg. Makes excellent cardboard and plastic bales which are easy to handle and stack. Has a fully automated pressing cycle. Powered by standard single phase 220volt electricity. (See Picture Top Right)

CK151 The advantage of this baler is the larger loading aperture (1100mm). It is also powered by single phase 220volt electricity. This baler easily produces 150kg cardboard bales and makes excellent plastic bales too. It has a two-hand hydraulic bale-ejector to help unload the bale safely and the baling cycle is fully automatic.

CK250 This baler makes very good 250kg bales of cardboard. The loading aperture of 1100mm is the same as the above CK151, but the pressing force is much greater producing heavier bales. The main benefit of baling is the compaction/reduced volume for transportation and storage. This baler requires 3 Phase Electricity. The bale cycle is fully automatic and there is a hydraulic bale-ejector. (See Picture on Left of Page).

CK500v This machine makes perfect 500kg Mill Size bales. It has a swing open door for loading your waste material. The bale dimensions 1200mm X 800mm means you can easily load 3 bales high on a curtain-sider. You will get full Mill Size Bale Rebates for your cardboard and plastic bales with this baler. It is powered by 3 Phase Electricity, has fully automatic pressing-cycle and hydraulic bale-ejector. (See Picture Left of Page).

CK500LUD This baler has the same basic features as the CK500v Mill Size Baler. It makes the same standard size 500kg mill size bales. You will get full rebates for your baled materials. The added advantage of this mill size is the Lift Up Door (LUD) Feature. When the pressing cycle is completed the loading door will automatically lift up ready for your next load. A lift up door is much more convenient for loading your bales, than a swing open door. The pressing cycle is fully automatic and there is a hydraulic bale-ejector.
